We are proud to deliver exceptional window cleaning services, and we have complete confidence in the equipment and techniques we use, which is why we guarantee streak-free, spotless windows every time.
As part of our process, we clean all frames and sills. In cases of heavy buildup where a window has not been cleaned in a long time, it may take a few cleans to fully remove all dirt and grime from the frames. On rare occasions, a window may not achieve a perfect finish after being cleaned with our water-fed pole system due to this buildup dripping onto the glass and causing spots or runs. Our cleaning operator typically identifies this issue beforehand and resolves it by cleaning the frames first, allowing the water to dry before cleaning the glass.*
Our Quality Guarantee means that if you're not fully satisfied with the outcome, we will come back and clean your windows again, at no extra charge, until you're completely happy.
*Some types of "dirt," such as paint, cement, oxidation from other surfaces, or limescale, cannot be removed through standard cleaning. While these will not come off with our regular cleaning process, we are happy to provide a quote for their removal where possible.
